"Clubs were fine, but the case took a beating"
My golf clubs thankfully arrived without any damage, but the case was scuffed up when I got it. I guess the packing did its job, but it still made me nervous seeing it like that. I also kind of felt ignored, like the condition of the case didn’t really matter as long as the clubs were okay.

I was a little nervous since I had my clubs shipped to a golf resort instead of my house, but it all went really smoothly. ShipSticks kept the location details straight, and my clubs were waiting right where they were supposed to be. My brother was actually with me and was impressed we didn’t have to run around checking with different front desks or anything. Super easy overall, and I’d definitely use them again.

"Good Service, Pickup Timing Could Be Better"
Not gonna lie, shipsticks made my golf trip a lot easier overall. My clubs got where they needed to go without any issues, which was the main thing. The only downside was the pickup scheduling. The driver showed up later than the window I had picked, so I ended up waiting around longer than I planned. It wasn’t a huge disaster since my bags still arrived fine, but it definitely added a little stress. I’d probably use them again, I just hope the pickup times get a bit more reliable.

It actually said what was covered and what to do if there was an issue, without making me hunt through a bunch of confusing fine print. I’ve used Ship Sticks a few times now for golf trips, and overall they’ve been solid. My bags were picked up when they said they would be and showed up at the hotel without any issues, which is really all I’m hoping for. The website is easy enough to use, and the tracking definitely helps. That said, I still get a little anxious anytime I’m shipping my clubs, and I wouldn’t say the process feels completely stress-free. But after a few good experiences, I do trust them more than I used to...
